Commercial Cleaners – Broome & Kimberley Region

Footprint Cleaning is currently seeking Commercial Cleaners to join our WA team. We have casual / full time roles available in Broome and remote areas, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a respected name in commercial cleaning.

 

About the Roles:

  • Perform general commercial cleaning duties across various sites
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards to a high level
  • Follow safety procedures and site-specific requirements
  • Work independently or as part of a small team

 

Key Responsibilities

  • General cleaning throughout the entire building: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing surfaces and floors
  • Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas
  • Managing waste: emptying bins and recycling, ensuring our environmentally sustainable waste management plan is adhered to
  • Maintaining and replenishing supplies of cleaning products, toiletries and other necessary materials
  • Cleaning glass and windows
  • Operating cleaning equipment (e.g. vacuums)
  • Reporting maintenance or safety issues
  • Liaising with cleaning suppliers and contractors
  • Complying with OH&S and company safety protocols

 

Location & Availability:

  • Flexibility across weekdays, with hours to be discussed at interview

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be eligible and willing to apply for Government passes (this is essential for site access)
  • Previous cleaning experience is highly regarded but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised when required
  • Must be an Broome Resident
  • Must be willing to work day and night shifts
  • Must have a driver’s license to drive company vehicle’s provided
  • Other duties may be assigned
